CareER RunnERthon - is CareER's flagship annual fundraising event, held this year under the inspiring theme “Inclusion Goes Beyond, Together We Go Further.” Combining a physical kick-off "Inclusion Carnival" with a two-week "Online Charity Run", we invite you to take action with us in support of Hong Kong’s disability-inclusive communities. The event transcends geographical and physical limitations, while aiming to raise public awareness and acceptance of higher-educated individuals with disabilities and SEN—and to channel vital resources into CareER's services and advocacy, enabling us to reach and empower more local talented individuals with disabilities and SEN as they confidently step into the workplace and into a future of limitless possibilities.
- Anytime: During the event period, complete the required total distance through one or multiple activities at any time!
- Anywhere: Runners from all over the world are welcome to join!

About Organizer - CareER Association
Founded in 2014, CareER is Hong Kong’s first non-profit talent avenue and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consultancy for higher-educated individuals with visible and hidden disabilities, special educational needs (SEN), and mental health conditions. We drive workplace inclusion through a dual-sided ecosystem: we empower qualified talent through professional job-matching, peer support, and job skill training workshops, while equipping corporate partners with strategic Diversity and Inclusion assessments, advisory services, and training. By bridging the gap between capable minds and forward-thinking businesses, we shift the narrative from charity to capability.
