• Participants may start and complete the challenge anytime from 5 December 2026 (Saturday) 12 AM midnight to 19 December 2026 (Saturday) 11:59 PM.

Event Flow

★ Step 0: Commit to Participate
Every dollar you raise will support CareER in providing free career counselling, job matching, and workplace training for higher-educated individuals with disabilities and special educational needs. Every step you take becomes a real force moving to wards workplace inclusion!

★ Step 1: Online Enrollment
Enrollment Period: Now until 19 December 2026 (Saturday) 11:59 PM

1. Click "Enroll" on the event webpage.
2. Select your category.
3. Fill in your personal information and pay the enrollment fee.
4. A confirmation email with login information will be sent after completion.

★ Step 2: Engage friends and family to fundraise together!
Corporate Team Runners: Invite friends and family to support and fundraise together! Download & fill in "Extra Donation Form".

Individual Runners: you can choose to Log in to your “Donation Page” to set your Fundraising Goal, then share the link via WhatsApp, Facebook to invite your friends and family to support your run! 
 

★ Step 3: Let's go! Upload your record

Activity Record Upload Period: 5 December 2026 (Sat) to 26 December 2026 (Sat)
Participants shall complete the challenge within the event period, log in to their individual account, and upload screenshots of the activity records as well as related information.
(Each record should clearly show the activity date, time, route, location, and completed distance.)

★ Step 4: Record Review and comfirmation
Please confirm that your activity record has been successfully uploaded to your individual account and can be double-checked. The Organizer will review the records and information submitted. If the information is insufficient, the record will not be accepted.

★ Step 5: Collect Finisher Souvenir Pack
Eligible Individual category finishers will receive an email notification regarding gift pack collection on 8 January 2027. The collection period will be on 16–17 January 2027, Saturday to Sunday. Please present the email to collect your gift pack at the designated location during the collection period. If you have not received the email after 8 January (sent from [email protected]), please first check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact Sportsoho at (+852) 2117 1650 for assistance.

Terms and Conditions

• Definition of eligible participants: Any person aged 3 or above. Participants who aged 17 or below must obtain prior consent from his/her parent or guardian before enrollment.
• All Participants must read and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions before joining the Event, otherwise the Participant will be prohibited from participating in the Event.
• The Event will be conducted in virtual format. Participants should prepare for their own supplies (including appropriate clothing and sun protection measures), food and drink and wear a smartwatch or mobile devices/apps to record the activity.
• Participants should have a detailed planning and should pay attention to the weather conditions before the start of your activity. If the weather conditions become worse, do not continue your activity in the Event.
• The enrollment fee will not be refunded under the following circumstances, a cancellation of the Event, repeated enrollment by the participant or withdrawal by the enrolled participant.
• All elevation or activity records should be measured and recorded by devices such as smart watches or mobile phone applications. Each activity record uploaded must clearly show the activity date, time, route, distance and elapsed time. The record should be uploaded to your team account on the event website. No record will be accepted after the Event (The record will be disqualified if participants upload after Activity Record Upload Period).
• The Organizer will check and verify all elevation or activity records uploaded by the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to delete those invalid activity records and disqualify the Participants from getting any souvenirs or prizes.
• Activity records, including all personal data, activity data and photos, will be used for the administration of the Event.
• The Organizer will not compensate or accept any liability for any damages or losses of any activity record.
• Participation in the Event is voluntary. The Participant agrees and accepts all risks involved in the Event and gives up any right to claim from the organizing entities, including the Organizer, the Event Secretariat, Sponsors and the public relation company, on any personal injuries, accidents, death or other damage or losses caused by the activities of the Event. Participants must ensure that they are fit and suitable for participating in the Event. Participants with their children aged 17 or below participating in the Event must also ensure that their children are fit and suitable for participating in the Event.
• A Participant should complete the Event activity by his/her own effort. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Event activity records of which the Event activities are deemed to be completed through assistance of external parties.
• If a Participant failed to comply the terms and conditions of the Event, the Organizer may disqualify the Participant and cease his/her participation in the Event. The decision of the Organizer is final and irrevocable.
• The Participant undertakes and warrants that all information provided is genuine and accurate, and no impersonation of any third party.
• The Participant shall be responsible for any violation of law or regulations which causes damage and losses to the Organizer or any third party.
• The Participant may not dispute that the Organizer shall not be liable for any legal responsibility in relation to any delay, loss, error, or illegibility in the information sent or registered by any participant or any notice sent by the Organizer due to computer, internet, telephone, technology or causes that cannot attribute to the Organizer.
• In case the Event cannot be continued, the Organizer may decide whether to cancel, terminate, alter or suspend the Event.
• The Organizer may at its sole discretion to revise or change the terms and conditions of the Event, the Event contents and the authority in making the final interpretation and decision as to any dispute relating to the Event and Event contents. Changes to the terms, condition of the Event and Event contents, including all matters of the Event and the cash prizes, will take immediate effect without notice.
• By participating in the Event, all Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Event and the terms of use of this website.
